Outfight Parkinson
“Outfight Parkinson” helps people with Parkinson’s disease to fight against PD. We want to be there, standing beside you! With exercise ‘Outfight’ emphasizes the enhancements possible to Quality of Life, ability to perform and enjoy activities of daily living.

Kenko Talks
In 2018, Nikkei Seniors Society started running ‘Kenko Talks’, a series of educational seminars to discuss important topics and issues facing today’s seniors. The series has addressed a number of topics about health care and planning for the future as we age.

DoRaku (Eat, Chat, Relax)
DoRaku is a program designed to help keep seniors stay healthy and independent. This weekly program will include a health check; exercise, lunch and lecture. Each week is a round table discussion on topics of interests or concern or needs of seniors. The program directly benefits 10-15 seniors.

Iki Iki Lively Lively!
Iki Iki Lively Lively! is a dementia-friendly social connection program with activities focusing on wellness, communication, companionship and engagement in a social environment. Core activities include: oseteofit, art table, lunch, sing-a-long and chatting time. The program directly benefits 12 seniors today, with a goal of benefiting 30-50 seniors as the program expands.

Iki Iki Light
Iki Iki Light is a shorter half-day version of the Iki Iki Lively Lively! dementia-friendly social connection program. Healthy Clinic
Healthy Clinic educates and supports seniors with health information about chronic conditions they live with. It includes a group discussion and workshop encouraging peer-to-peer dialogue. Dr. Asae Tanaka will offer physician support and lead the ‘medical’ side of the information and forum at Healthy Clinic.
