We wanted to inform you of some important updates and events\u00a0happening within our community.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Family Day Long Weekend and Office Closure: <\/strong>In observance of Family\u00a0Day, our administrative offices will be closed on Monday, Feb 19. Please\u00a0note that our team will not be available on this day, but regular operations will resume on Tuesday, Feb 20.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fraser Health Tenant Survey: <\/strong>At Nikkei Home, our residents&#8217; comfort, care\u00a0and connection are top priorities. In support of this work, beginning this month,\u00a0 we will be partnering with Fraser Health on a resident satisfaction survey.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This short survey will be made available to residents and families and will cover\u00a0various program areas. Feedback received will help inform future updates or\u00a0changes to services to improve residents\u2019 experiences in our care community.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Fraser health staff member will be on site administering surveys on Feb 20th\u00a0 and 21st. <\/strong>You are invited to attend and participate on any of these dates on\u00a0behalf of your family member.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are unable to attend in person, posters with QR codes linking to the survey\u00a0will be available at our care community for you to complete at your\u00a0convenience. Please refer to the FHA poster Assisted Living \u2013 Nikkei Home dated Feb 1, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Noto Peninsula Earthquake Charity Event &#8211; Feb 17: <\/strong>There are 7 groups\u00a0of performers from a wide genre scheduled for an appearance. Event details\u00a0are:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>           <strong>Date: <\/strong>February 17 (Sat), 2024\u00a0<br>           <strong>Time: <\/strong>7:00 PM &#8211; 9:00 PM (Doors open at 6:00 PM)\u00a0<br>           <strong>Location: <\/strong>Nikkei National Museum &amp; Cultural Centre (Nikkei\u00a0Centre)\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Admission is by donation, and the community is invited to join in a spirit of\u00a0solidarity.
