We want to provide&nbsp; an important update regarding the false fire alarm on Saturday, January 13th.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First and foremost, we want to assure you that everyone is safe and that there was no actual fire\u00a0 or threat to your safety. The alarm was triggered due to a technical malfunction, and our\u00a0maintenance team has been working diligently to address and resolve the issue.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some key points to be aware of:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>False Alarm Cause: <\/strong>The false fire alarm was caused by a technical glitch in the alarm\u00a0 system sensor on the rooftop vents, and it was not related to any actual fire or\u00a0emergency.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maintenance &amp; Management Response: <\/strong>Our management and maintenance team\u00a0 promptly investigated and resolved the issue. We have identified the source of the\u00a0problem and are implementing the necessary repairs to prevent a recurrence.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ongoing Monitoring\/Fire Drills: <\/strong>We are implementing additional monitoring measures\u00a0 to ensure the continued reliability of our fire alarm system. Regular inspections and\u00a0testing will be conducted to maintain the highest safety standards. Also, we are setting up\u00a0 monthly fire drills through the OHS committee.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication Improvement: <\/strong>We understand the importance of timely and accurate\u00a0 communication during such incidents.
