B.C. is moving into Phase 2 of the COVID-19 Immunization Plan. <\/strong>During this phase, approximately 400,000 people will be immunized from March to mid-April, including seniors, Indigenous peoples, and people living and working in independent living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the province continues to ramp up the vaccine rollout based on age, this is an update to keep everyone informed of the process on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Know when to call. Check your age group booking date below. <\/li>
  2. Booking your vaccine appointment over the phone. Numbers to call for your specific health region.<\/li>
  3. Be prepared for the call. Have your information ready.<\/li>
  4. What you need to know on the day of the clinic day.  Here are the crucial details for booking your vaccine. Please note that B.C. has only up to March 22nd<\/sup>, 2021, for booking at this time. The province will continue to update the schedules throughout the coming weeks and months. We encourage you to check back on the provincial website or your local news to see if your age group has been informed.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    When you can call is based on your age

    I\u2019m born in 1945 or earlier (76+) or I’m Indigenous and born in 1966 or earlier (55+)<\/strong>
    You can call anytime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I\u2019m born in 1946 (age 75)<\/strong>
    You can start calling March 25 at 12 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I\u2019m born in 1947 (age 74)<\/strong>
    You can start calling March 26 at 12 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
