Kui Do Raku (Exercise, Eat and Socialize)

Keeping active and engaged is a wonderful way for seniors to stay healthy and independent.  Join this once-a-week program for a weekly health check; exercise and lecture.  This program is targeted to independent seniors.

The cost for the series is: $80 for 10 weeks.

10:30-10:45 Health check (Blood Pressure, Body Weight)
10:45-11:30 Easy exercise
11:30-12:15 Social Senior Lunch produced by Hi Genki restaurant
12:15-1:00 Coffee Table (new topic every week) – Topics (T.B.O)

(Also available: *10:00-11:30 Exercise by Kay Fujishima, with Health Check at 9:45.  If you’d like to join the Lunch and Coffee table Lecture, $6/week) This program runs as a series.
